Book and Resource Festival & Cookie Night

Join us for a Festival of the Book and Other Resources, desserts and good conversation. After our regularly scheduled meditation, we will browse and celebrate the joy of reading/listening while having light dessert and conversation. The event is an opportunity to offer books, CDs, DVDs and other resource material in exchange for dana (donations) for IMCC, while also finding something new to read or listen to. And it’s a chance to get to know other members of the community.

How it Work: On December 17^th, please bring:

• Books and other media items, in reasonable condition, that you are ready to let go of and offer to others. The subject matter needn’t be restricted to spiritual topics; as long as it’s tasteful, it’s welcome. Bring items in a box marked with your name.  Browse, then select what appeals to you and provide an offering of dana. When the evening is over, take any remaining books and resources with you.

• Dessert or fruit to share with others.

• The spirit of connection.
