Join Sharon Beckman-Brindley and Lori Ebert for a daylong Insight Dialogue retreat as we explore together the Buddha's teaching on relationship. We will see how our relationships - at once a delight and a source of anguish - invite us to inquire deeply. As we do, we can discover the gifts of ease, happiness and freedom that are offered to those who accept the challenge of waking up together. We will practice both silent meditation and Insight Dialogue, a meditation practice of contemplation in dialogue with others.
