How can therapists who spend their days working with stress, deepen their own and their clients' capacities to be in the present moment, with full awareness and openness?
In this retreat, through both silent meditation and Insight Dialogue practice, therapists will have the opportunity to deepen this capacity by bringing awareness, acceptance and loosening of identification with self to their professional practices.
