Awakening The Heart Of Compassion, Residential Retreat

The New Year is a wonderful time to touch sacred presence and deepen our roots in spiritual life. In
this retreat we will open our hearts and minds through practices of vipassana (sitting and walking mindfulness meditation sessions), traditional heart meditations (metta), yoga (mindful movement) and
evening chanting. Silence will be maintained throughout the retreat except during question/answer periods, interviews and chanting in order to maintain an environment of stillness and deep listening.
